Prem Ashtanga Yoga shala Nepal is dedicated to the traditional Mysore-style Ashtanga Yoga system. The shala is located in the tourist hub of Pokhara, lakeside, a short walk from the beautiful Fewa lake which offers extraordinary views of nature, sunsets, boating and Himalayan Mountains. We offer traditional Mysore Ashtanga classes as well as weekly led Primary and Intermediate series. Our students are dedicated practitioners with a deep desire to discover the truth behind the practice.

Prem will only be teaching at the Shala until end of April. The last date of teaching is April 30th.
He will return in September. Return dates will be announced closer to September.
